WARRANTY

FLUX guarantees the quality of its products, as they meet the highest quality standards.

The product warranty starts from the date of purchase and requires registration through the purchase document. The warranty is valid according to the legal regulations of each country. 

In the event of a warranty claim, the original purchase invoice must be presented along with the product at your dealer or point of sale. If your FLUX product shows any defect due to faulty materials or manufacturing during the legal warranty period from the date of purchase, we will replace all defective parts free of charge, or at our discretion, replace the unit at no cost.

If you need technical assistance and repair, contact the dealer or retailer from whom you purchased your product. All necessary information for the technical support request will be provided, and a repair process will be initiated, which, once received by our service, will be swiftly addressed and resolved.
