Our strategy and commercial policy do not include direct sales to the end customer. However, we have an extensive and complete network of partners and resellers where you can purchase our products. Please check our partner network and find the one closest to you.

The warranty period is 36 months for all our machines and tools, covering manufacturing and operational defects, provided they are used according to the instructions, for exclusive private use of FLUX products, and 12 months for commercial and/or professional use. For more information, please refer to the Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Warranty claims must be made through the FLUX partner or reseller from whom you purchased your product. They will proceed with the process alongside our technical support team. If you purchase a defective item, a direct and physical exchange is not legally required in physical stores. This criterion is based on the policies established by the commercial establishment where the product was purchased. You can request a resolution for your issue, which may involve repair, exchange, a discount on the price, or a refund. Legislation allows you two months after detecting the defect to make this request through the FLUX partner or reseller. Direct exchange is not mandatory and may be refused in the following cases: - If the item shows no defect; - If the sale was not made online (where the consumer has a 14-day reflection period from the date of receipt to return the product); - If the product has a defect, but the consumer was aware of it.

You should contact a FLUX partner or reseller, providing the proof of purchase. The process will be forwarded to our customer support team, who will coordinate with our technical service team. The equipment will be evaluated for an estimate and repair.
